The consultation call is a 1-hour call. On this call we will:
Check your form with a movement screening on foundational movements
Find your best form for different exercises based on your unique anatomy
Discuss your fitness goals and where you’re currently at and a plan to get to where you want to be
Discuss on-going coaching options
After the call:
If you decide to move forward with the on-going coaching, the $98 consultation fee will go towards your coaching costs.
If on-going coaching isn’t in alignment for you, then you will get a 1-time workout plan designed for you based on your movement screening

My functional training methods are primarily focused around helping you gain strength with good form and posture.
Weight/fat loss is a byproduct of training more and eating with that goal in mind. For my clients who want to maintain their weight or gain weight, I adjust their cardio and nutritional goals to match their goals.

I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and I am a Pain-Free Performance Specialist. I will be able to help you navigate your mechanical pain points, through form cues specific to your body, posture, and form so that you have a pain-free workout. If there is anything outside of my scope of practice, I will help you find the right type of clinician to see.

My goal is for you to GRADUATE from working with me. This is the opposite of what most business coaches advise.. because they’re only concerned with making money and making the customer feel like they need more coaching to sustain results. With my coaching, I am here to teach you HOW to become functionally strong and build your dream physique in a way that suits your unique anatomy and your unique lifestyle, and how to SUSTAIN your results.
Functional Methods:
I believe in coaching my clients in a way that they can maintain for life and that makes their daily lives easier. The workouts I provide are based on hitting the 6 fundamental movement patterns that you use in everyday life. I also place an emphasis on balance training and posture training. My cross-training functional strength methods help women achieve their physique goals in a sustainable and functional way.
Customization:
I will customized your workout plan based on your strengths, weaknesses, posture, form, personal anatomy and bone structure and your overall goals.
Form Cues:
Each workout comes with form cues and video tutorials so you are never lost on what to do, how to breathe during the workout or the things to look out for when setting up for the workout. Each person has different anatomy and different imbalanced and weak points, so you will also be getting personalized form cues and corrections.
Weekly Zoom Calls:
You will have a Zoom call 1x/week with me in order to tackle and obstacles with food, workouts, form, or mindset. You will also fill out a questionnaire before the call so we can go though everything with a fine-tooth comb and view your progress and struggles form many different aspects.
Monthly Movement Screening Calls:
Each month, we will do a movement screening Zoom call in order to assess where your form and mobility is at and identify any areas we need to address. This is also the time I will introduce new movements to you so you are more prepared to perform the workouts on your own. These calls will help me alter your workout plans as necessary.
1-1 Support Throughout the Week:
My 1-1 clients can text me anytime throughout the week to get the support that they need and ask any questions about form, food, mindset or anything that they need my support with.
