  • That’s okay! Not everyone wants to or needs to lose any weight or fat.

    My functional training methods are primarily focused around helping you gain strength with good form and posture.

    Weight/fat loss is a byproduct of training more and eating with that goal in mind. For my clients who want to maintain their weight or gain weight, I adjust their cardio and nutrition to match their goals.

  • I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and I am a Pain-Free Performance Specialist. I will be able to help you navigate your mechanical pain points, through form cues specific to your body, posture, and form so that you have a pain-free workout. If there is anything outside of my scope of practice, I will help you find the right type of clinician to see.
